September 14, 2024: Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Cherokee Trail Cougars to 0 in the Golden Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Golden Eagles now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Denver South for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. Mountain Vista will clash with a Ravens squad coming off a 14-6 non-league loss to Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Ravens record now stands at 1-2.
With the defeat, Cherokee Trail drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Rocky Mountain (Fort Collins, CO) to clash with the Lobos in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21.
