September 14, 2024: Oak Harbor, OH 43449 Oak Harbor Rockets (Oak Harbor, OH) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Maumee Panthers (Maumee, OH), 35-21 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Oak Harbor advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Rockets travel to Rossford (Rossford, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 0-1. Rossford lost 20-8 in their recent non-league battle against Otsego (Tontogany, OH)
The Panthers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Eastwood for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. Maumee will play a Eagles team coming off a 55-0 non-league win over Lake (Millbury, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 4-0.
