The Kingsmen (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Chesterton (Chesterton, IN). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Chesterton tipped Merrillville (Merrillville, IN), 9-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Vikings confront the Goshen RedHawks (Goshen, IN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 14. Valparaiso will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The RedHawks enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 1-1 league Concord (Elkhart, IN).
