September 14, 2024: San Jose, CA 95148 Burlingame Panthers (Burlingame, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Burlingame improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Notre Dame (San Jose, CA) to face the Regents in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Regents go into the test with a record of 1-1. Notre Dame won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA)
The Cougars now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Branham for a test on Monday, September 16. Evergreen Valley will face a Bruins squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mountain View (Mountain View, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 6-5.
