Kentucky High School Soccer - Rowan County knocks off Corbin
September 14, 2024: Morehead, KY 40351 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY) and the visiting Corbin Redhounds (Corbin, KY), saw Rowan County's soccer squad knock off Corbin by a count of 3-0.
The Vikings (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against East Carter (Grayson, KY). The Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, East Carter tipped South Point (South Point, OH), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Redhounds battle the Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 16. Corbin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Maroons enter the battle with a 5-4 record after their 1-1 non-league Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY).
