Virginia High School Volleyball - Massaponax over Cave Spring
September 14, 2024: Spotsylvania, VA 22407 The Massaponax Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Cave Spring Knights to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Stafford for a Commonwealth outing on Tuesday, September 17. Massaponax will play a Wolverines team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jamestown (Williamsburg, VA). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-3.
With the loss, Cave Spring drops to 6-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Oscar Smith (Chesapeake, VA) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Oscar Smith lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA)
