Michigan High School Volleyball - Chippewa Valley tips Seaholm/Groves
September 14, 2024: Clinton Township, MI 48038 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) and the visiting Seaholm/Groves Maples (Birmingham, MI), observed Chippewa Valley's volleyball team hold off Seaholm/Groves by a count of 1-0.
The Big Reds (12-5) will now prepare for their contest against Port Huron Northern (Port Huron, MI). The Huskies enter the Macomb Area - Blue contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Port Huron Northern was tipped by Rochester (Rochester Hills, MI), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Maples meet the Avondale Yellowjackets (Auburn Hills, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 17. Seaholm/Groves will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the contest with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Harper Woods (Harper Woods, MI).
