September 14, 2024: Braidwood, IL 60408 The Flanagan-Cornell Falcons volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Reed-Custer Comets to 0 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Falcons now have a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Indian Creek for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. Flanagan-Cornell will play a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Newark (Newark, IL). The Timberwolves record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Reed-Custer drops to 0-10 on the campaign. The Comets host Peotone (Peotone, IL) to play the Blue Devils in a Illinois Central Eight outing on Tuesday, September 17. The Blue Devils come into the outing with a record of 3-4.
