September 14, 2024: San Mateo, CA 94403 Marin Academy Wildcats (San Rafael, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host The Nueva School Mavericks (San Mateo, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Marin Academy improves its record to 8-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Foothill (Pleasanton, CA) to face the Falcons in a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 7-4. Foothill lost 3-2 in their recent league test against San Ramon Valley (Danville, CA)
The Mavericks now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame for a non-league test on Saturday, September 14. The Nueva School will face a Regents squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hill (San Jose, CA). The Regents record now stands at 3-3.
