The Tahquitz Titans (Hemet, CA) football edged the host Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA), 20-13 in Thursday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Titans face the Perris Panthers (Perris, CA) in a Mountain Pass bout, on Friday, September 30. Tahquitz will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record.

The Trojans (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Ramona (Riverside, CA). The Rams enter the River Valley bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Ramona nudged Poly (Riverside, CA), 42-0, in a non-league bout.
