September 15, 2022: Scottsdale, AZ 85253 The Chaparral Firebirds volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Casa Grande Cougars to 0 in the Firebirds non-league victory on Thursday.
The Firebirds now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain Pointe for a non-league game on Thursday, September 22.
The Cougars (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Buckeye (Buckeye, AZ). The Hawks enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Buckeye gained a win over Washington (Phoenix, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league game.
