Gunnison Valley Bulldogs (Gunnison, UT) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT), 2-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs confront the Utah Military Academy - Hill Field Thunderbirds (Riverdale, UT) in a 2A challenge, on Monday, September 19. Gunnison Valley will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Thunderbirds enter the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 1-0 league loss to North Summit (Coalville, UT).
