September 15, 2022: The Plains, VA 20198 The Wakefield Fighting Owls football team (The Plains, VA), was ripped 45-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Centreville Wildcats (Clifton, VA)
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Woodson (Fairfax, VA). The Cavaliers come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record.
The Fighting Owls now sport a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Washington-Liberty for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 22. Wakefield will meet a Generals team coming off a 35-20 non-league win over West Springfield (Springfield, VA). The Generals record now stands at 1-1.
