Kansas High School Soccer - Blue Valley Northwest knocks off Lee's Summit North
September 15, 2022: Overland Park, KS 66213 Blue Valley Northwest Huskies (Overland Park, KS) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Lee's Summit North Broncos (Lee's Summit, MO), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Huskies face the Washburn Rural Blues (Topeka, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 17. Blue Valley Northwest will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Blues enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Hayden (Topeka, KS).
The Broncos now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Blue Springs for a Suburban - Big 7 challenge on Monday, September 19. Lee's Summit North will face a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lee's Summit West (Lee's Summit, MO). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-2.
