The Parkland Mustangs soccer team (Winston-Salem, NC), was nipped 2-1 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Carver Yellowjackets (Winston-Salem, NC)

With the win, Carver advances its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Triad Math and Science Academy (Greensboro, NC) to play the Tigers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 20. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 4-3.

In their next game, the Mustangs play the East Forsyth Eagles (Kernersville, NC) in a Central Piedmont 4A outing, on Monday, September 19. Parkland will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record.
