September 15, 2022: Nevis, MN 56467 Nevis Tigers (Nevis, MN) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Pine River-Backus Tigers (Pine River, MN), 3-1 in a league match.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Laporte Wildcats (Laporte, MN) in a Northwoods match, on Tuesday, September 20. Nevis will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record.
With the loss, Pine River-Backus drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host South Ridge (Culver, MN) to battle the Panthers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 17. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 3-4. South Ridge won 3-2 in their recent league outing against Moose Lake/Willow River (Moose Lake, MN)
