Florida High School Volleyball - Somerset Academy routed by Westminster Academy
September 15, 2022: Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 The Somerset Academy Panthers volleyball team (Pembroke Pines, FL), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Westminster Academy Lions (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
The Lions (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Newman (West Palm Beach, FL). The Crusaders enter the 3A District 8 challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Newman defeated Berean Christian (West Palm Beach, FL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Panthers encounter the LaSalle Royal Lions (Miami, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 16. Somerset Academy will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Royal Lions enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to MAST Academy (Key Biscayne, FL).
