Wisconsin High School Volleyball - Sun Prairie can't hold off Verona
September 15, 2022: Sun Prairie, WI 53590 In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Verona Wildcats volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Sun Prairie Cardinals.
The Wildcats (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Watertown (Watertown, WI). The Goslings come into the non-league battle with a 12-8 record. In their last battle, Watertown nudged Monona Grove (Monona, WI), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Cardinals clash with the Hamilton Chargers (Sussex, WI) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 16. Sun Prairie will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Chargers come into the battle with a 19-1 record after their 3-0 league win over West Allis Hale (West Allis, WI).
