California High School Football - Barstow defeats Burroughs

September 15, 2023: Ridgecrest, CA 93555

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Barstow Aztecs football squad scored a good 34-6 victory over the Burroughs Burros.

In their next game, the Aztecs clash with the Capistrano Valley Cougars (Mission Viejo, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 22. Barstow will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 5-0 record after their 35-18 non-league win over El Toro (Lake Forest, CA).

The Burros (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Serrano (Phelan, CA). The Diamondbacks enter the Mojave River match with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Serrano notched a victory over Palm Desert (Palm Desert, CA), 34-0, in a non-league test.
