September 15, 2023: LaCrosse, KS 67548 Central Plains Oilers (Claflin, KS) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host LaCrosse Leopards (LaCrosse, KS), 28-20 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Central Plains improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Oilers host Victoria (Victoria, KS) to battle the Knights in a Central Prairie (8 Man) test on Friday, September 22. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-1. Victoria won 46-0 in their recent non-league test against Ness City (Ness City, KS)
With the loss, LaCrosse drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Kiowa County (Greensburg, KS) to battle the Mavericks in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Mavericks come into the test with a record of 0-3. Kiowa County lost 74-8 in their recent non-league test against South Central (Coldwater, KS)
