With the triumph, Hatch Valley improves its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Bears host Estancia (Estancia, NM) to confront the Bears in a non-league test on Friday, September 22. The Bears come into the test with a record of 2-3. Estancia won 53-0 in their recent non-league test against Hagerman (Hagerman, NM)
With the loss, Chaparral drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Lobos travel to Cathedral (El Paso, TX) to confront the Fighting Irish in a non-league test on Friday, October 6. The Fighting Irish come into the test with a record of 2-2.
