Texas High School Football - First Baptist defeats Covenant

September 15, 2023: Dallas, TX 75229

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting First Baptist Saints football squad scored a good 43-17 victory over the Covenant Knights.

In their next game, the Saints clash with the Mercy Culture Prep Royals (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS Division IV District 1 match, on Friday, September 22. First Baptist will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Royals enter the match with a 3-0 record after their 40-24 non-league win over Cumby (Cumby, TX).

The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Trinity Christian (Willow Park, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Trinity Christian dropped by Northland Christian (Houston, TX), 32-0, in a non-league match.
