September 15, 2023: Colfax, IL The Fisher Bunnies football team (Fisher, IL), was ripped 50-18 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Ridgeview/Lexington Mustangs (Colfax, IL)
The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Tremont (Tremont, IL). The Turks come into the Heart of Illinois - Large challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Tremont was ripped by LeRoy (LeRoy, IL), 47-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Bunnies now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley for a Heart of Illinois - Small challenge on Friday, September 22. Fisher will meet a Falcons team coming off a 34-14 non-league win over Eureka (Eureka, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.
