September 15, 2023: Red Hook, NY 12571 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Red Hook Raiders (Red Hook, NY) and the visiting Kingston Tigers (Kingston, NY), saw Red Hook's volleyball squad beat Kingston by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Red Hook upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Raiders host New Paltz (New Paltz, NY) to play the Huguenots in a MHAL bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Huguenots go into the bout with a record of 6-4. New Paltz won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Saugerties (Saugerties, NY)
The Tigers now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Newburgh Free Academy for a Section 9 Orange County I bout on Monday, September 18. Kingston will play a Goldbacks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Monticello (Monticello, NY). The Goldbacks record now stands at 1-2.
