Illinois High School Soccer - Edwardsville knocks off Triad
September 15, 2025: Edwardsville, IL 62025 Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Edwardsville Tigers (Edwardsville, IL) and the visiting Triad Knights (Troy, IL), saw Edwardsville's soccer squad triumph over Triad by a score of 5-0.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL). The Panthers enter the battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, O'Fallon nipped Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL), 3-0, in a league test.
The Knights now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waterloo for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 17. Triad will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.
