New York High School Soccer - Midlakes knocks off Sodus
September 15, 2025: Clifton Springs, NY 14432 The Midlakes Screaming Eagles soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Sodus Spartans to 0 in the Screaming Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
The Screaming Eagles now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Waterloo for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 17. Midlakes will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gananda Central (Walworth, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Sodus moves to 0-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Perry (Perry, NY) to face the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Friday, September 19. The Yellowjackets come into the game with a record of 0-4. Perry 1-1 in their recent non-league game against Lima Christian (Lima, NY)
