September 15, 2025: Hillsville, VA 24343 The Carroll County Cavaliers football squad scored 54 points and limited the visiting Fort Chiswell Pioneers to 0 in the Cavaliers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cavaliers now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Glenvar for a non-league test on Thursday, October 2.
With the defeat, Fort Chiswell drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Floyd County (Floyd, VA) to meet the Buffaloes in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 24. The Buffaloes go into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Floyd County lost 28-16 in their recent non-league challenge against Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA)
