Kentucky High School Volleyball - Bullitt East over Fern Creek
September 15, 2025: Mt. Washington, KY 40047 Bullitt East Chargers (Mt. Washington, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Fern Creek Tigers (Louisville, KY), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bullitt East improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Chargers travel to Whitefield Academy (Louisville, KY) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 2-0. Whitefield Academy won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Spencer County (Taylorsville, KY)
The Tigers now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shawnee for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17. Fern Creek will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Francis Parker (Louisville, KY). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 5-2.
