Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers (Newtown Square, PA) and the visiting Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), saw Marple Newtown's soccer squad triumph over Academy Park by a final score of 7-1.

With the triumph, Marple Newtown moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Fightin' Tigers host Radnor (Radnor, PA) to meet the Raptors in a Central test on Tuesday, September 16. The Raptors come into the test with a record of 4-1. Radnor 2-2 in their recent non-league test against Neshaminy (Langhorne, PA)
