North Carolina High School Soccer - Vance County knocks off Crossroads Christian
September 15, 2025: Henderson, NC 27537 In Monday's non-league outing, the host Vance County Vipers soccer squad scored a tight 7-1 win over the Crossroads Christian Colts.
The Vipers (11-0) will now prepare for their outing against Hillside (Durham, NC). The Hornets come into the non-league test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Hillside was overwhelmed by Research Triangle (Research Triangle Park, NC), 4-1, in a non-league test.
The Colts now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lee Christian for a NCISAA Mid-Carolina test on Tuesday, September 16. Crossroads Christian will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 10-0 league loss to New Garden Friends (Greensboro, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 0-6.
