Virginia High School Volleyball - James Monroe bounced by Fauquier
September 15, 2025: Warrenton, VA 20186 Fauquier Falcons (Warrenton, VA) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball squad overcome the visiting James Monroe Yellow Jackets (Fredericksburg, VA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Falcons (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Bealeton, VA). The Eagles come into the Northwestern challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Liberty lost by Meridian (Falls Church, VA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Yellow Jackets play the Caroline Cavaliers (Milford, VA) in a Battlefield challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. James Monroe will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Cavaliers go into the test with a 4-6 record after their 3-1 league win over Eastern View (Culpeper, VA).
