The Archer Tigers (Lawrenceville, GA) football nudged the visiting Shiloh Generals (Snellville, GA), 20-18 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Brookwood Broncos (Snellville, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 4 bout, on Friday, September 30. Archer will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.

The Generals (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against North Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The Raiders enter the AAAAAA Region 8 bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, North Forsyth held off Jackson County (Jefferson, GA), 14-3, in a league bout.
