September 16, 2022: Dracut, MA 01826 The Pentucket Regional football team (West Newbury, MA), was tipped 18-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA)
The Middies (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA). The Lions come into the Merrimack Valley - Division 2 challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Chelmsford nipped Lexington (Lexington, MA), 48-0, in a non-league challenge.
The now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Reading for a Cape Ann challenge on Friday, September 23. Pentucket Regional will meet a Hornets team coming off a 44-17 non-league win over Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Hornets record now stands at 2-0.
