In Saturday's non-league game, the Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) football team were victorious over the host Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX), by a score of 25-17.

The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Fort Bend Dulles (Sugar Land, TX). The Vikings come into the 6A Region III District 20 game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Fort Bend Dulles was knocked off by Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX), 32-25, in a league game.
