Arkansas High School Football - Gentry topples Pea Ridge
September 16, 2022: Gentry, AR 72734 The Gentry Pioneers (Gentry, AR) football defeated the visiting Pea Ridge Blackhawks (Pea Ridge, AR), 59-28 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the Huntsville Eagles (Huntsville, AR) in a 4A Region 1 bout, on Friday, September 23. Gentry will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 0-3 record after their 35-6 non-league loss to Pea Ridge (Pea Ridge, AR).
The Blackhawks (2-1) will now prepare for their bout against Prairie Grove (Prairie Grove, AR). The Tigers enter the 5A West bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Prairie Grove lost by Metro Christian (Tulsa, OK), 41-21, in a non-league bout.
