September 16, 2022: Leesport, PA 19533 The Kutztown Cougars football team (Kutztown, PA), was beaten 35-6 in Friday's league challenge with the host Schuylkill Valley Panthers (Leesport, PA)
The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pequea Valley (Kinzers, PA). The Braves come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 5 challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Pequea Valley was beaten by Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA), 22-8, in a league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamburg for a Lancaster-Lebanon 5 challenge on Friday, September 23. Kutztown will meet a Hawks team coming off a 39-26 league win over Annville-Cleona (Annville, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 4-0.
