With the triumph, South Umpqua improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lancers host North Valley (Grants Pass, OR) to battle the Knights in a 3A Special District 3 test on Friday, September 23. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-2.
With the loss, Lakeview drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Honkers host St. Mary's (Medford, OR) to battle the Crusaders in a 3A Special District 3 test on Friday, September 23. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 3-0. St. Mary's won 56-16 in their recent league test against Phoenix (Phoenix, OR)
