September 16, 2022: Suffern, NY 10901 The Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY) football defeated the visiting White Plains Tigers (White Plains, NY), 35-14 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Mounties face the North Rockland Raiders (Thiells, NY) in a Section 1 AA - League A bout, on Friday, September 23. Suffern will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 38-6 league loss to Arlington (LaGrangeville, NY).
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Mamaroneck (Mamaroneck, NY). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Mamaroneck defeated John Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY), 35-21, in a non-league bout.
