In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Garrison Bulldogs (Garrison, TX) in a 2A-1 Region III District 11 bout, on Friday, September 23. West Sabine will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 28-20 non-league win over Alto (Alto, TX).
The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against Hemphill (Hemphill, TX). The Hornets enter the 3A-2 Region III District 12 bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Hemphill walloped Kirbyville (Kirbyville, TX), 56-28, in a non-league bout.
