Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Oxford held off by Octorara Area
September 16, 2022: Atglen, PA 19310 The crowd at Friday's non-league test between the Octorara Area Braves (Atglen, PA) and the visiting Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA), saw Octorara Area's soccer squad get by Oxford by a count of 1-0.
The Braves now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Eastern Lebanon County for a Lancaster-Lebanon 3 test on Monday, September 19. Octorara Area will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, Oxford drops to 0-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Penncrest (Media, PA) to meet the Lions in a non-league test on Thursday, October 20. The Lions come into the test with a record of 3-4.
