September 16, 2022: Rockford, IL 61101 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Tabernacle Christian Eagles (Martinsville, IN) and the host Berean Christian Kingsmen (Rockford, IL), saw Tabernacle Christian's volleyball squad nip Berean Christian by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Tabernacle Christian upgrades its record to 8-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Marquette Manor Baptist Academy (Downers Grove, IL) to play the Minutemen in a non-league bout on Friday, September 16. The Minutemen go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Marquette Manor Baptist Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Quentin Road Christian (Lake Zurich, IL)
The Kingsmen now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Suburban Christian for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. Berean Christian will play a squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Bible Baptist Christian (Hampton, GA). The record now stands at 12-0.
