The Veritas Christian Academy Warriors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Heritage Christian Eagles to 0 in the Warriors league victory on Friday.
The Warriors now possess a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pinnacle Classical Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic game on Monday, September 19. Veritas Christian Academy will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Thomas Jefferson (Mooresboro, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 6-2.
The Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their game against New Manna Christian (Marion, NC). The Wind enter the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, New Manna Christian was dropped by Victory Christian (Sylva, NC), 3-2, in a league game.
