September 16, 2023: Frewsburg, NY 14738 The Finney Falcons football team (Penfield, NY), was ripped 52-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Frewsburg Bears (Frewsburg, NY)
The Bears (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pembroke (Corfu, NY). The Dragons come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Pembroke trounced Bolivar-Richburg (Bolivar, NY), 42-14, in a league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Allegany-Limestone for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 23. Finney will meet a Gators team coming off a 58-0 non-league win over Wellsville (Wellsville, NY). The Gators record now stands at 3-0.
