South Carolina High School Volleyball - Aiken Wando
September 16, 2023: Aiken, SC 29801 The Wando Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Aiken Fighting Green Hornets to 0 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.
The Warriors now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodmont for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Wando will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 league win over Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-1.
The Fighting Green Hornets (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 17-3 record. In their last game, Lakeside gained a win over Greenbrier (Evans, GA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
