Missouri High School Soccer - St. Michael the Archangel nudges Bishop DuBourg
September 16, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63109 St. Michael the Archangel Guardians (Lee's Summit, MO) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Bishop DuBourg Cavaliers (St. Louis, MO), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Guardians confront the Kansas City East Christian Academy Lions (Kansas City, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 18. St. Michael the Archangel will attempt to better on its 10-0 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Baldwin (Baldwin, KS).
The Cavaliers now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fredericktown for a non-league challenge on Monday, September 18. Bishop DuBourg will confront a Black Cats team coming off a 2-0 league win over North County (Bonne Terre, MO). The Black Cats record now stands at 1-2.
