September 16, 2023: San Francisco, CA 94112 The Shasta Wolves volleyball team (Redding, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA)
The Buccaneers (14-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA). The Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 16-3 record. In their last challenge, Rio Americano nipped Laguna Creek (Elk Grove, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves encounter the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) in a Eastern challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. Shasta will attempt to move on its 13-9 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA).
