California High School Volleyball - Carlmont can't hold off Homestead

The Carlmont Scots volleyball team (Belmont, CA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Homestead Mustangs (Cupertino, CA)

The Mustangs (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Marin Catholic nudged Windsor (Windsor, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Scots encounter the Kennedy Titans (Fremont, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 16. Carlmont will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Washington (Fremont, CA).
