September 16, 2023: Declo, ID 83323 The Declo Hornets volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting McCall-Donnelly Vandals to 0 in the Hornets non-league victory on Saturday.
The Hornets now have a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sun Valley Community for a 2A Canyon game on Tuesday, September 19. Declo will confront a Cutthroats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Wendell (Wendell, ID). The Cutthroats record now stands at 3-3.
The Vandals (13-2) will now prepare for their game against Weiser (Weiser, ID). The Wolverines enter the 3A Snake River Valley game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, Weiser dropped by Fruitland (Fruitland, ID), 3-2, in a league game.
