The Maryville Red Rebels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Independence Eagles to 1 in the Red Rebels non-league victory on Saturday.

The Red Rebels now possess a 19-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marquette for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Maryville will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over McGill-Toolen (Mobile, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-2.
