September 16, 2023: Lexington, KY 40507 Trinity Raiders (Whitesville, KY) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Sayre Spartans (Lexington, KY), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Raiders clash with the Somerset Christian Cougars (Somerset, KY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 16. Trinity will attempt to advance on its 21-6 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 10-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Paintsville (Paintsville, KY).
With the loss, Sayre drops to 14-4 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY) to clash with the Blazers in a non-league match on Saturday, September 16. The Blazers go into the contest with a record of 18-1. University Heights won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Wolfe County (Campton, KY)
